PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
P.M.’s have proven to reduce expensive repairs and downtime as well as promote safety by keeping safety features functioning as designed. We used this as an opportunity, not only to perform a complete P.M. on each machine but also to closely inspect the hydraulic and safety features built into each unit. We test and adjust system pressures. We test and adjust all safety proximity switches and photo eye sensors and discussed safety issues with Store Managers. We are able to replace broken or missing parts on the spot, in most cases, if it is a safety or operative issue.
SERVICE & REPAIR
Our fleet of fully stocked service trucks are customized to meet our customer’s equipment repair needs. We stock parts for many makes and models which means less return trips and reduced costs. We are committed to upholding our dedication to excellent service and maintaining low repair costs costs. Summit Sales Group is able to respond to service calls within 24 hours in emergency situations.
INSTALLATION
Summit Sales Group operates its own fleet of semi-trucks. These trucks are customized to meet our customer’s specific equipment installation needs. We are capable of delivering and installing our equipment, upholding our dedication to excellent service and maintaining delivery cost to our customers in their ever-expanding markets.
TROUBLESHOOTING & TRAINING
Our team of trained service technicians are available for remote troubleshooting and diagnostics. We work with our customer’s facilities maintenance teams to determine the most effective means of repairing all make and models of recycling equipment.
